El Mejor Lyrics English Translation by Carín León
I know they gave you bad reviews about me
That you should skip the experience
That I’m a piece of shit, that I’m a cheater and I live drunk
But that was with them
Now it’s different ’cause I finally found the right one
For you I’m leaving the party life, letting you tie up this dog
For you I’m getting my act together, kicking the bad habits and focusing on you
I’m changing my number so none of them can call me
‘Cause I’ll be busy taking off your panties, your stress, and the moon
Maybe, baby, with all my fuck-ups they won’t let me into heaven
But honestly, I don’t even need it ’cause when I take off that skirt
I feel amazing and it’s like I’m flying
Uh, uh-uh-uh, I know in my reviews I got zero stars
But that was with them
Now it’s different ’cause I finally found the right one
For you I’m leaving the party life, letting you tie up this dog
For you I’m getting my act together, kicking the bad habits and focusing on you
I’m changing my number so none of them can call me
‘Cause I’ll be busy taking off your panties, your stress, and the moon
Ah, ah-ah-ah, ah, ah, ah, ah-ah-ah
‘Cause I’ll be busy taking off your panties, your stress, and the moon
