James Ivy

James Ivy, a 23-year-old Korean-American singer-songwriter and producer, began making music in high school and was inspired by PC Music and electronic music innovators SOPHIE and A. G. Cook. He moved to New York to study music and started writing with a guitar, resulting in a sound that’s simultaneously grungy and dreamy. Ivy released his debut EP, Good Grief!, in Fall 2020 via FADER Label and received early support from artists like Porter Robinson and Anamanaguchi and outlets like Triple J, Nylon, and MTV News. He will be joining Keshi’s Spring 2023 North American tour as direct support.
