Las Dos R Lyrics English Translation by Luis R Conriquez & Los Dareyes De La Sierra
They don’t know how much I struggled to be here
They don’t know everything I had to live through
To get to where I am, it wasn’t easy, in my convoys
Today, Jalisco and its surroundings are reporting
Four letters sow terror
Two hundred people provide me protection
And the two R’s belong to the New Generation
We pass through there, the armored monsters look tough
And in September, the date arrives, what a good commotion
Plenty of guys watch my back, so things don’t get tangled
Stay alert, because here in Jalisco, the Double R is around
El Retiro is the neighborhood that saw me grow up
And with the 3, we form a good team
And if they send me a plane, I’ll bring it down but in heat
Well-armed, I go out to play my part
I follow orders from that gentleman
For the trust he bestowed upon me
I’m always with one, but the 2 is missed
We pass through there, the armored monsters look tough
And in September, the dates arrive, what a good commotion
Plenty of guys watch my back, so things don’t get tangled
Stay sharp, because here in Jalisco, the one from the M commands
