Mahalia

Mahalia Burkmar, a British singer, songwriter, and actress, rose to fame with her breakthrough performance of “Sober” on YouTube’s Colors channel in 2017 and has since released several EPs and three albums, Diary of Me (2016), Love and Compromise (2019), and IRL (2023). She has won awards, including Best Female Act and Best R&B/Soul Act at the 2020 MOBO Awards, and was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance in 2021. Mahalia’s music career was supported by her early signing with Asylum Records at the age of 13, and she has collaborated with notable artists like Ed Sheeran and Rudimental. Additionally, she has acted in the film Brotherhood (2016) and was included in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in 2021.
